Our rice boasts a natural red color in the bran or hull, which leaches out during cooking and dyes the dish a beautiful red to pink color. With 50% bran intact, this rice is high in fiber and has a stronger, nutty flavor compared to hulled rice.
Serve it on its own or mix it with other dishes for added flavor. Its soft texture also ensures that it doesn’t become sticky when cooked.
